**Return Policy**

At On the Altar Apparel, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns will only be accepted if a return request has been made in advance.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

 

If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


**Exchanges**
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


**Refunds**
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
